This incident caused the temporary shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park.

Two more people are now in custody in connection with a theft at Heathrow Airport where 21 people sustained injuries by a substance believed to be pepper spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was arrested in the Lambeth area on suspicion of theft and assault and a 23-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of conspiring to commit a robbery. Both individuals are still being held, authorities confirmed.

These detentions come after an investigation into an assault at the multi-storey car park at Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the attack, two women were robbed of their suitcases after getting out of a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was among the those hurt in the event. Five people were taken to the hospital for treatment and were later discharged.

Police detained a man in his thirties on suspicion of theft and assault near the location. He has since been released pending further inquiries as the investigation proceeds.

Police were called at about 08:10 GMT after reports came in regarding several individuals hurt by an irritating chemical believed to be pepper spray.

The attack - which police said was a standalone incident and not considered terrorism - resulted in delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 parking facility for a short time.
